The oat drink brand Oatly has introduced two new canned iced coffees, designed for quick consumption on the go: Barista Iced Flat White and Barista Iced Caramel Macchiato.
The Caramel Macchiato combines Arabica coffee with Oatly’s Barista quality oat drink and a touch of caramel, offering a creamy and slightly indulgent profile. The Iced Flat White, on the other hand, stands out for its more intense flavor, inspired by the classic coffee shop coffee.
Both options are suitable for storage at room temperature before opening, although Oatly recommends serving them cold or with ice to better enjoy their flavor. The new products are now available in more than 400 Tesco stores, in the ready-to-drink iced coffee section.
Bryan Carroll, General Manager of Oatly in the United Kingdom and Ireland, noted that this line responds to the growing demand for “grab-and-go” products, especially among Generation Z, and that flavor quality remains central to the brand’s innovation.
Like the rest of the Oatly range, these drinks are 100% plant-based, dairy and soy-free, fortified with calcium and vitamins B12 and D, low in salt and saturated fat, and free of added sugars, colorings and stabilizers. In addition, their climate impact is significantly lower than that of traditional dairy products.
The Barista Iced Caramel Macchiato and the Iced Flat White are sold at £2 per 235 ml can, with a promotion for Tesco Clubcard customers at £1.25 from November 6 to December 18.
