The Community Affairs team works on prevention, harm reduction, and safety, developing programs such as Free Rides, which offers safe transportation during holidays and has provided nearly 10 million rides in almost 40 years. Additionally, it collaborates with universities and associations such as the International Town and Gown Association, supporting educational programs tailored to each campus and training students to promote responsible consumption.

Molson Coors also partners with Team Coalition to train staff at more than 140 sports and entertainment venues, ensuring that alcohol service is safe and complies with regulations.
