The Top Employers Institute, an organization with extensive experience in the field of human resources, recognized Molson Coors Beverage Company for its strategies aimed at the well-being of its employees and its work to overcome the economic, environmental and political conflicts that have arisen over the past year.
Each year, the Top Employers list recognizes those companies that stand out for their policies and standards with respect to human resources and that care about taking care of their employees. Recently, Molson Coors received a certification that helped them highlight to the world the value of their culture. This was announced by Sergey Yeskov, president of the company’s European operations, who said that the values and best practice of the staff had contributed to reaching this stage in both difficult and prosperous times.
Yeskov addressed Molson Coors employees to recognize the work they did that led to the company receiving the Best Employer award. “The award is a testament to all of you for your hard work, dedication and contribution you make every day to our culture of putting people first,” she said. “I know I speak for the entire leadership team when I say that our resilience last year would not be possible without the collective efforts of our talented and passionate team.”
Molson Coors has long earned Top Employer recognition, such as when it received the organization’s European Seal in 2023. The company has also been named a Top Employer in Great Britain for 10 years. For the first time, Molsons Coors has entered the countries of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Montenegro and Serbia.
“Exceptional times bring out the best in people and organizations. And we have witnessed this in our Top Employers Certification Program this year: exceptional performance from certified Top Employers 2023. These employers have always demonstrated that they care about the development and well-being of their people. In doing so, they collectively enrich the world of work,” said David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute.
The Top Employers Institute has certified more than 2,000 companies in 121 countries and regions since its founding more than 30 years ago. Organizations certified as ‘Top Employers’ are measured in six areas, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity and inclusion, and well-being.
