Topo Chico the fastest growing brand in the hard seltzer segment, will move into ready-to-drink liquor-based cocktails in 2023. To achieve this, Molson Coors Beverage extended its exclusive agreement with The Coca-Cola Company to develop and market Topo Chico Spirited.
It is a line of ready-to-drink cocktails based on spirits inspired by the bright, refreshing taste of some of America’s best-loved tequila and vodka-based drinks.
Molson Coors is agreeing a new contract for this service with Coca-Cola that will undoubtedly stand out. Moreover, only 52 weeks ago they had been working with admission efforts for Topo Chico Spiked Lemonade beverages and now it is surprising to note that the brand began to register the greatest advances during the entire competition from the first months after the launch.
“Drawing inspiration from the popular cocktails made in bars and restaurants today, Topo Chico Spirited will bring something completely different to our aisle,” said David Coors, vice president of next-generation beverages for Molson Coors. “We believe Topo Chico Spirited will shake up the canned cocktail space with unparalleled flavors and a legacy rooted in the iconic 125-year-old master brand,” , he added.
Reaching more than 20 markets nationwide by 2023, Topo Chico Spirited will be made with 100% real spirits, including premium tequila from Jalisco, MX, and will feature a line of familiar cocktails, many of which appear on bar and restaurant menus across the country.
