The packaging technology company Meadow has signed a strategic alliance with the global dispenser supplier Stephen Gould Corporation, which will be licensed to use the MEADOW KAPSUL technology and will be responsible for producing dispensers for brands worldwide. This collaboration strengthens Meadow’s supply chain, encompassing everything from can manufacturing and co-packing to dispensers.

The partnership comes at a key moment, with the expansion of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws in several U.S. states, such as California, Colorado, Maine, Oregon, and Minnesota, which require producers to assume the environmental impact of their packaging. This drives the demand for recyclable and circular packaging solutions, where the MEADOW KAPSUL system is presented as a scalable and economical alternative.

Stephen Gould will offer standard and customized dispensers with MEADOW KAPSUL technology, facilitating integration into different materials, shapes, colors, and brand formats. Stephen Gould’s design experience will allow brands to maintain aesthetic impact and sustainability, accelerating the global adoption of this innovation.

Victor Ljungberg, CEO of Meadow, highlighted that “the partnership with Stephen Gould brings our MEADOW KAPSUL technology to the U.S. market at a crucial time. Brands that adopt sustainable solutions early will be better positioned when EPR legislation is extended and generally applied.”

Bob Challinor, Senior Director at Stephen Gould, added: “We are honored to be chosen as the global production and distribution licensee for MEADOW KAPSUL. Interest is already broad in sectors such as personal care, home, and hospitality, and the global applications of the system are very extensive.”

With this alliance, Meadow and Stephen Gould seek to accelerate the implementation of innovative circular packaging, offering sustainable and attractive solutions for brands worldwide.
