With over 25 years in the industrial sector, Marc Monteil has founded Be2Can Consulting, a Europe-based firm that seeks to improve performance in manufacturing environments by combining operational methodologies with emotional intelligence tools.

Monteil, who has worked in sectors such as canmaking, beverages, and consumer goods, detected a common deficiency in many organizations: the technical tools were present, but there was a lack of human connection, which made it difficult to achieve sustainable improvements. “The problem wasn’t technical, it was emotional”, he explains.
