Roberts Metal Packaging, Europe’s leading supplier of pre-threaded screw caps, godets and aluminum and tinplate packaging, highlighted Marc Jacobs’ new ‘Daisy Drops’ aluminum packaging, nominated for the UK Packaging Awards 2024, at Luxe Pack Monaco 2024, held recently.
Visitors had the opportunity to see these new bag-sized perfume drops on stand RA05.
Selected from Roberts’ Softline range of jars, the 15ml, all-aluminum jar was manufactured in the London factory, using state-of-the-art automated pressing lines. The jar retains the theme of the existing Daisy line packaging, decorated in white, with each flower matching its original to ensure consistency. The cans have impressive shelf presence and are designed with a smooth radius and light fluting, complete with EPE liners to ensure sealing.
Chris Saunders, managing director of Roberts Metal Packaging, commented that: “Luxe Pack Monaco is always a key event in our calendar, bringing together industry professionals and innovative packaging. This year it was great to meet new and existing customers at the show.”
“At our booth, we were excited to present our new Daisy Drops aluminum packaging made for Marc Jacobs, which was recently nominated for the UK Packaging Awards 2024. The cosmetic jar combines design, functionality, innovation and sustainability elements for a high-end look.”
During the event, Roberts showcased its Softline Extreme range of containers, which feature a screw-on lid and a flat, angled bottom. This range is available in deep and shallow options.
Softline Extreme Deep is ideal for packaging beauty products such as hair care and body butter. On the other hand, Softline Extreme Shallow is perfect for hand and face creams and natural furniture polish.
On the stand, Roberts Metal Packaging also displayed its Benefit Cosmetics aluminum jar, which received the ‘highly recommended’ award from the judges at last year’s UK Packaging Awards.
