Johannes Schick, CEO of Linhardt Group GmbH, has announced his decision to step down from his position, effective no later than July 31, 2026, citing fundamental differences regarding the company’s strategic direction as the primary reason.
In a letter to employees and business partners, Schick confirmed the rumors about his departure and revealed that he submitted his resignation to shareholders four weeks ago. “The decision has been difficult, but due to strategic discrepancies, it was inevitable,” the executive wrote.
In his statement, Schick reviews his six and a half years at the helm of Linhardt, a period during which he highlights the strengthening of the “Linhardt family” and the company’s remarkable growth. He emphasizes the values that have defined the company: reliability, quality, innovation, sustainability, and fair and respectful partnerships, supported by the dedication and loyalty of its team.
The CEO also highlights the numerous regional, national, and international awards obtained for innovations in products and processes, as evidence of Linhardt’s strong positioning in the global aluminum and aerosol packaging market.
