The world’s leading materials science company specializing in the development of advanced hard and super-hard materials for a variety of industries and applications, Hyperion Materials & Technologies, purchased Premium Diamond Solutions SA, a company that sells synthetic and industrial diamond superabrasives.
Premium Diamond Solutions SA was a European distributor of diamond and cBN products, but Premium Diamond Selection SA was recently spun off. Hyperion will now become the leading global supplier of synthetic diamond and cBN products.

In response to Hyperion’s acquisition of NPPC, he is excited to be part of the Hyperion family to strengthen its value proposition. Joining with Hyperion gives us the capabilities to expand our portfolio of products and services as well as guarantee the life of the business they build by helping our customers continue to get the best diamond and cBN solutions for their applications.
Specifically, the Premium Crystal Solutions team will continue to distribute and offer its products on the same terms while ensuring that all Hyperion products are included.
