The proposal, which has gender inclusiveness as its main focus, is accepting applications until November 30. The objective is to attract talented young people who wish to improve their skills in the business environment.
Registrations are currently available for the Infinite Talent 2024 Internship Program offered by Hydro. This program offers internship opportunities at its units located in Belém and Rio de Janeiro, specifically at Alunorte and Albras. These vacancies are aimed at students from the fourth semester onwards and are exclusively for women. It is necessary to be available for six hours a day and to have intermediate English skills in order to apply.
Those interested in being part of this selection process will have to go through an online evaluation, dynamics and a face-to-face interview. Those who are chosen will receive a scholarship and other benefits, and will also have the opportunity to participate in an internship program that can be renewed for one year. If anyone is interested, there is still time to sign up until November 30, with the possibility of starting work in April 2024.
Infinite Talent’s main goal is to foster the growth of youth talent and promote gender equality in the workplace. This demonstrates Hydro’s commitment to diversity and inclusion within the company.
According to Pâmela Seabra, Hydro’s Recruitment and Selection manager, their objective as a company is to promote development through training in new skills and competencies focused on the corporate market. Among its strategies is the implementation of affirmative vacancies in order to ensure the active participation of women in the labor market and to achieve a more diverse and inclusive organization.
In 2023, the program took first place in the IEL Talent Award in the Innovative Company – Large Company category, organized by the Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL/PA). This award annually recognizes the best practices in internships carried out by companies and educational institutions in the Pará region.
