Heineken has been the first large company in Spain to carry out a selection process through Twitch. The company wants to recruit young talents who live its values. And to achieve this, it has opted to explore new formulas to attract JAPS eager to continue growing professionally, and the best way to do so is by using the formats and channels used by the new generations. The revolutionary initiative has been named the Heineken Graduate Challenge.

Streamer Mayichi was in charge of presenting and moderating this session, which is part of the first phase of the recruitment process. More than 17,000 users logged on to the stream of this first phase of the selection process for this program, which is materialized in a one-year internship contract with a master’s degree.
