H.B. Fuller Company, the world’s leading natural adhesives company, has acquired Sanglier Limited, a UK-based manufacturer and filler of sprayable industrial adhesives (aerosol and canisters) and one of Europe’s largest independent suppliers. With this acquisition, H.B. Fuller strengthens its innovation capabilities and expands its product offering in the United Kingdom and Europe, especially in the construction adhesives and engineering adhesives businesses. This is in addition to technologies already acquired through previous purchases of Apollo and Fourny, as well as spraying capabilities developed in the United States.

Fuller Construction Adhesives, noted that the transformation of adhesive applications to enable delivery in sprayable form is providing end users with a significant opportunity to improve their labor efficiency. “Transforming adhesive applications to enable sprayable delivery provides end users with the opportunity to greatly improve labor efficiency. A team of about 60 employees will work in the global construction adhesives division already established at H.B. Fuller.
