With an investment of around 7.5 million euros, the canning company Frinsa formalizes its commitment to Plisan. The Galician company has found in Plisan, the logistics and industrial platform of Salvaterra-As Neves (Pontevedra), an opportunity for its productive expansion, as demonstrated by the bet that Frinsa will make and with which it expects to create 25 new jobs.
The Galician canning company Frinsa has just formalized the purchase, by direct award and for an amount of 2.63 million euros, of plots LE 5.1 and LE 5.9, contiguous to each other and occupying an area of 40,921.85 m2.
The report of this business project states that the plots will be used for the construction of a building of 8,092 square meters on two floors, with the possibility of expanding by 20,250 square meters in subsequent phases of the project to be used as a fish canning warehouse. An investment of 7.5 million euros is estimated to be made, including investment in land.
The Galician company Frinsa is the second canning industry to settle on the platform, promoted by the Xunta de Galicia, the Port Authority of Vigo and the Vigo Free Trade Zone Consortium. Albo also plans to inaugurate in June its new production center in the aforementioned industrial park in Pontevedra.
