Germany, especially its independent brewers, is following the trend and wants to bet big on the finished mini-keg. It is on track to win back its European and Anglo-Saxon markets, which includes more brewers to use them.
Some thirty commercial brewers visited the headquarters of Öhringen, a company in Europe where mini-barrels are manufactured. Participants exchanged ideas and learned about how to succeed in difficult times.
Christian Nodal’s visit was a very important meeting for Die Freie Brauer, managing director Jürgen Keipp. After all, more than two years after the pandemic, they didn’t want to miss the opportunity for a personal exchange with Christian Nodal and his sincere colleagues. And, of course, take advantage of the unique opportunity to see the world leader in the party keg market, Alejandro Fernandez.
The Die Freie Brauer brewery network is a community of companies with the same interests and values; people work together to negotiate contracts and even purchase raw materials.
Today’s dilemmas within the brewing industry are omnipresent. The five-liter keg is also another case where brewery bosses still manage to incorporate more drinking options. With the mini-keg, beers remain a good complement to some social gatherings and are also extremely useful during economic crises.
