In this interactive female empowerment program, Laurie will share strategies for speaking with clarity and confidence, navigating challenging discussions with courage and empathy, and transforming difficult conversations into meaningful results.
Laurie Calzada is an executive with over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations with a proven track record of year-over-year growth in both revenue and profits. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for creating and operating sales in 8 different corporations over two decades.
In addition, she is an internationally recognized author and speaker on change management and leadership. Throughout her career, she has written and presented on many topics, including leadership, mastering change, communication, coaching, and work-life balance.
Her main focus is to motivate those who want to excel. In her distinguished career, Laurie Calzada has worked with hundreds of Fortune 1,000 companies, as well as numerous non-profit organizations.
During the 2010 season, she hosted the television program “The Big Money Idea”, and has spent the last few years of her career working as an executive coach, helping companies grow to the next economic level.
I currently divide my time between St. Louis and Southern California, with the goal of relocating to Los Angeles or San Francisco shortly.
