E. & J. Gallo Winery has recalled two lots of the High Noon Beach Variety Pack after discovering that some cans contained vodka seltzer but were mislabeled as CELSIUS ASTRO VIBE energy drink, Sparkling Blue Razz edition.
The error was due to a mistake by the can supplier and affected products distributed between July 21 and 23, 2025, in eight U.S. states, including Florida, New York, and Virginia. The company, in collaboration with the FDA, asked consumers not to consume the affected products and to discard them immediately.
No incidents have been reported, but the error poses a risk to minors and people with medical restrictions. The lot codes involved are:
- High Noon: UPC 085000040065 – L CCC 17JL25 (14:00 to 23:59) and L CCC 18JL25 (00:00 to 03:00)
- CELSIUS: UPC 889392001341 – L CCB 02JL25 (2:55 to 3:11)
The investigation remains open, and the company has strengthened its quality controls to prevent a recurrence of the incident.
