HISTORY:
Precisgal High Precision (Precisgal Tooling) began its activity in 1978 with small machining operations under drawing. Continuous technological investments, our highly qualified staff and our great capacity to adapt to the needs of the market have made us today a leader company in the precision machining sector.
The evolution of the company has led to the birth of the Precisgal Group, an organized business group made up of complementary companies that cover the entire value chain: design, engineering, manufacturing, automation, robotics and traceability. Located in the area around Vigo – Spain, our business group has 20,000m2 in facilities, to which we will soon add 22,000m2 currently under construction.
PRODUCT:
We are a company with a sectorial and geographically diversified production, highlighting the metal packaging sector which exceeds 65% of our sales. We implement our products and services wherever our customers need them, and more than 75% of our production is exported.
We specialize in offering complete solutions, from design to the implementation of our products at the customer’s premises. Production focuses on the manufacture of parts under drawing and high-precision tooling in steels, carbides and special alloys; we also develop and manufacture ad hoc machinery and complete die projects for our customers.
QUALITY:
Given the high precision product we offer, quality is a strategic aspect that guides our activity, being certified in ISO 9001 and UNE-EN-9100 (aeronautics), maintaining complete traceability of our products.
We have state-of-the-art manufacturing means and specialized software for our daily work. We work in close collaboration with customers, suppliers and collaborators, guaranteeing optimal solutions.
