MEPALINE Srl, founded in 2019, designs and manufactures automatic systems for the metal packaging industry, and more specifically for weld seam protection on 3-piece cans.

Through the study and evaluation of the effective production needs, Mepaline Srl designs and manufactures customized systems based on customer specifications and suitable for implementation on most new or existing production lines for cans, aerosol cans, pails and drums:

  • electrostatic powder weld seam protection systems

  • liquid lacquer weld seam protection systems (roller, air spray, airless)

  • induction, gas, electric and infrared heating curing ovens

 

TECHNICAL SERVICE AND SPARE PARTS

MEPALINE Srl supplies mechanical and electrical spare parts, including control systems, software and hardware components, for both powder or lacquer weld seam protection systems and induction/gas/electric curing ovens. MEPALINE Srl also provides analysis of spare parts list specific to each system for routine maintenance or for retrofit and upgrades.

It also offers the analysis of spare parts lists tailored to each installation for routine maintenance, as well as for performing retrofits and equipment upgrades.
