As part of the commemoration of Women in Engineering Day, Henkel Corporation has organized a virtual session titled Fireside Chat with Emily Mullins, Director of Metal Packaging for North America and Mexico. The event will take place on Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM (CDT), and will be accessible through prior registration with a special code for WICA members.
Emily Mullins, who began her career as a chemical engineer, has professionally evolved into leadership roles in marketing and business within the metal packaging industry. Currently, she leads Henkel’s metal packaging business in the North American and Mexican region, contributing over 20 years of experience focused on innovation, recycling, and sustainability.
The talk will begin with a brief presentation where Mullins will share her personal and professional journey, explaining how she has combined her technical knowledge with business skills to position herself as a reference in the sector. Afterward, there will be a question and answer session where attendees can interact directly with her.

Emily Mullins, who joined Henkel in 2001, has held multiple roles in operations, product development, global market strategy, and marketing. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, and resides in the Detroit metropolitan area, Michigan.
