The multinational Emballator Metal Group adds new talent to its ranks. Roger Kasselstrand takes over as Emballator Metal Group’s new product manager. The new product manager is a chemical and quality engineer who started in sales. After a couple of years, he moved into product management for a decade. His last role was in the field of sourcing, mainly for the automotive industry.

Among his functions, he will be in charge of the existing product assortment and the introduction of new products to the existing offer. “I will try to make sure that we have the right products, both from a production and market point of view,” says the new manager, who is delighted with the reception.

“Very welcoming and friendly. Everyone has been fantastic, from the production people who have guided me despite the heavy workload, to my closest colleagues. They have really taken the time to guide me and help me understand a new assortment of products,” he adds. Lastly, the new manager emphasizes that innovation in product management will be one of the most important commitments, without forgetting the “courage to make changes and ask questions”.
