Drifter Cocktail Company has decided to expand its range of canned craft cocktails to include a new variety, namely Nordic-style Gin & Tonic. This is the fourth flavor in its ready-to-drink (RTD) line that highlights the cultural traditions of the beverages: Nordic Style Gin & Tonic.

The new canned cocktail celebrates aquavit, the national spirit of Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Nordic Style Gin & Tonic will be marketed in a four-can format and will be available for purchase at select retail stores, restaurants and bars in the U.S., and for nationwide shipping through DrifterCraftCocktails.com.

“Drifter Craft Cocktails launched five months ago and we’ve had an incredible response selling in 22 states and shipping nationwide. Our bartender-created collection offers transparency into where we source ingredients and what goes into your glass. We look forward to expanding our collection with some of the most recognized names in cocktail and bar culture,” details co-founder Pete Nevenglosky.

Precisely such a cocktail was formulated in collaboration with Steva Casey, who has tended bars around the world for 20 years, shaping countless cocktail menus with her artistry and has earned a reputation as the den mother of craft bartenders in Birmingham, Alabama. “I was honored to collaborate with Drifter Craft Cocktails to develop a new take on the classic gin and tonic cocktail,” Casey notes.

Guided by its motto, ‘every can is a stamp in your passport’, Drifter Craft Cocktails is a ready-to-drink canned cocktail company inspired by global spirits and beverage traditions. Created in 2021, the Drifter Craft Cocktails collection is available in four varieties: Spicy Margarita, Passion Fruit Caipirinha, Moscow Mule and Nordic Style Gin & Tonic. Drifter Craft Cocktail’s packaging and artwork are reminiscent of air travel in the 1950s and 1960s, when Boeing 747s and Pan Am took to the skies.
