Although beer is one of the most popular beverages, not everyone has access to a beer tap at home to enjoy the best taste. However, there are now options such as a mini-brewery that ferments and brews the beverage in a short time, making it possible to replicate the pleasure of drinking a draft beer at a bar from home. In addition, there is also a portable beer dispenser that can be used with any can or bottle and easily transported to parties with friends or family.
Fizzics has developed a technology called Microfoam that uses sound waves and patented techniques to convert the natural carbonation of beer into dense, uniform bubbles. This technology promises to improve the aroma, taste and mouthfeel of any type of beer, even if it is canned. These sound waves are responsible for generating a more consistent foam in the beer, which helps to improve the carbonation and flavor of the beverage.
Unlike other dispensers, this version does not require CO2 or nitrogen cartridges, nor does it require additional spare parts. It consists only of a base and a top part where the control and battery are located. The battery is recharged through a USB port.
Using the dispenser is easy, just place the bottle or can inside and close it. Then, the tap handle must be pulled forward to serve the beer under pressure in a controlled manner and maintain its gasification.
On the contrary, pulling back on the handle starts the procedure to produce sound waves and transform the natural carbonation of the beer into a microfoam.
