Corona has launched a special limited edition collaboration with renowned fashion designer Talia Coles as part of its larger campaign called ‘La Vida Más Fina’.

Named Feliz Navi-Drip, this unique Christmas combination includes special limited edition cans of Corona Extra and matching robes designed by Talia. This is the first time the brand has invited a designer to create a new image for Corona Extra cans.
Although the contents of all cans are the same pilsner-style lager that has been popular for nearly a century, their external appearance has been enhanced with color-changing thermochromic ink technology. As the can is cooled or emptied, an image of a beach hut from Corona’s iconic Christmas commercial is revealed.
“I am thrilled to collaborate with Corona on this capsule collection, applying my mantra of ‘design your life’ to the brewing space and the holiday season,” said the artist who added that “I’ve collaborated with Corona and Snoop Dogg on all of the “La Vida Más Fina” commercials, so it’s exciting to go one step further, stretch the rules on where fashion lives and see my couture designs adorning the brand’s iconic cans.”

Since its inception three years ago, Talia has been an important figure in the ‘The Finer Life’ advertising campaign, helping to create the atmosphere of sophisticated beach lifestyle. The tunics Snoop Dogg wore to promote the brand were very popular with his fans, and consumers would always ask Corona how they could get one for themselves.

During the holiday season, it’s common to see ugly sweaters at parties, but Corona has decided to change that. The brand marketing director, Saúl Trejo, announced that they are renewing the traditional ugly sweater for a more modern and comfortable robe. In addition, the cans will also have a new design inspired by the brand’s iconic Christmas commercial, making them a perfect match for this time of year.

Corona is excited to strengthen its relationship with Talia Coles in order to meet the demands of fans and bring a new vision for this season. Corona Extra cans with a color-changing design are available in 12-packs, which are available only in cities such as Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Philadelphia. These special holiday-themed cans will be on sale starting Black Friday, just in time for one of the busiest shopping days of the year.
