The international company Crown Holdings, Inc. has successfully completed its previously announced acquisition of Helvetia Packaging AG, a factory in Saarlouis, Germany, that produces beverage cans and closures.
Following the acquisition of Helvetia, Crown is committed to maintaining its customer base and existing contracts, as well as its 200 current employees. This acquisition expands Crown’s European presence in Germany and increases their annual capacity by around one billion cans, enabling them to meet growing customer demand for fully recyclable beverage cans.
