The board of directors of CPMC Holdings Limited has announced that Zhou Yuan has been redesignated as executive director and has been appointed as Chairman of the Board; Meanwhile, Zhang Ye is now Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager; Qu Hongliang has been redesignated from General Manager to Deputy General Manager; Additionally, Zhao Wei submitted his resignation and left his position as Non-Executive Director due to his decision to dedicate more time to other work commitments. Meng Fanjie also submitted his resignation and left his position as Non-Executive Director and member of the Risk Management Committee due to his retirement.

ZHOU Yuan, 38 years old, was Vice President and Director of ORG Packaging, a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the majority shareholder of the company, since November 2010, and director of Huang Shan NOVEL Company Limited (“Huang Shan NOVEL”), a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, since January 2016. Mr. Zhou obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (with honors) in the field of Mechanical Engineering from Monash University in Australia in December 2010.

ZHANG Ye, 51 years old, is primarily responsible for the daily operation and management of the group. He joined the group in April 1995, having worked as Sales Manager, Sales Director, General Manager of the company’s subsidiaries, among other positions. Additionally, he was the group’s Chief Legal Consultant from July 2011 to January 2016.
