CPM, a leading provider of process equipment solutions and engineering technologies, recently announced the acquisition of IDAH.  movement that unites two industry leaders behind a shared mission to sustainably feed, nourish and build a better world.

Founded in 1974 by James Chang, IDAH has grown from a small plant in rural Taiwan to six global offices serving more than 21 countries. IDAH specializes in palletizing, extrusion and drying equipment, especially for aquafeed, pet food, snacks and vegetable protein markets. The IDAH brand has a reputation for high quality spare parts, machines and services and today is the number one supplier of shrimp feeding machine solutions in the world and the number one supplier of aquaculture feeding equipment in Southeast Asia.

Integration activities are already underway with IDAH joining the CPM Process Solutions business unit, a center of excellence focused on innovative solutions for the consumer food, animal feed and advanced materials industries. CPM Process Solutions is led by Charlie Spearing, General Manager, and is comprised of the following product brands: Century Extrusion, Extricom, Ruiya, Wolverine Proctor, Planet Dryers, TSA Griddle Systems and IDAH.
