Corona has just launched ‘Corona Tropical’, a new carbonated alcoholic beverage with natural flavors and low in calories, which is not beer. A new product for which the brewing brand wants to offer to those consumers looking to disconnect from the routine to connect with nature, enjoying new sensations to refresh themselves during a moment of relaxation or socializing with friends.

Corona Tropical is an alcoholic water with 4.5% vol. made with fruit juice and containing less than 100 calories per 33 cl. can. The launch of the line begins in the UK with three flavors: raspberry and lemon, grapefruit and lemongrass and guava and lime.

“Corona is a brand that was born in the tropics and we encourage consumers to embrace the lifestyle around the world. We are excited to offer a new Corona beverage to those who love the brand, but are looking for options outside of beer,” says Corona global vice president Felipe Ambra.

In the Latin American market, the Corona Tropical range consists of four different varieties with an alcohol content of less than 4.2%, including Strawberry Cherry & Lime and Pineapple Mango & Lime. It has also been launched in the United Kingdom, China, Peru, Ecuador, Panama and Canada.
