The Mexican city of Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas now has a new container for aluminum and pet cans outside Cbtis 24. The objective of this campaign is to call on society to participate in the ‘Help me to give cancer a chance’ campaign.
This altruistic initiative has been promoted by the association ‘Actívate Dejando Huella’, has started with the installation of the twelfth container for the voluntary deposit of waste packaging.
For Thalia Vazquez Roman, head of the association “the purpose of this campaign is that with every can and plastic we collect we will help in the fight against childhood cancer, the invitation to society is to raise awareness about this noble work and recycle as much aluminum and plastic, to contribute to the treatment of chemicals and the purchase of medication”.
