Ukraine’s most beloved beer brand, Chernigivske, will soon be available in Italy, in bars, restaurants and stores.
Following the launch in the United Kingdom, AB InBev, the brand’s owner, guarantees a donation of at least US$5 million to selected NGOs, including Caritas International, to support humanitarian aid efforts. In any case, all AB InBev’s profits will be used for the same purpose.
Anna Rudenko, marketing director of Chernigivske Ukraine, led this initiative from Belgium, where she moved with part of her family last month.
“I am proud to launch Chernigivske in Italy in support of humanitarian aid initiatives,” Rudenko said. “Chernigivske is a brand cherished by generations of Ukrainians. As brewers, we can use our links with consumers to bring the brand to the Italian market and allow those who buy it to contribute to ongoing humanitarian aid initiatives.”
