Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) recently announced the opening of its new high-speed canning line in Sidcup. The new facility will have a production capacity of close to 2,000 cans per minute, for which an investment of close to 32 million euros has been earmarked at the plant in southeast London.
CCEP noted its enthusiasm for the new project: “We are excited to have officially opened a new canning line at our Sidcup site in southeast London last week.”

“The new canning line is capable of producing up to 2,000 cans per minute, supporting the production of sustainable packaging for CCEP’s well-known brands such as Coca-Cola original taste, Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Fanta, Dr Pepper, Sprite and Schweppes. We continue to invest heavily in our manufacturing facilities and it’s great to see Sidcup’s innovation in action.”The company said.

We also welcomed Louie French, MP for Old Bexley and Sidcup, to inaugurate the new line along with CCEP’s General Manager for GB, Stephen Moorhouse, Vice President of Customer Service and Supply Chain, Javier Sanchez Gandarias and Sidcup Site Director, Karl Probert.
