The renowned Mexican ready-to-drink alcoholic beverage, Caribe Cooler, will begin its official distribution in the United States starting in the summer of 2025. The state of California, particularly Southern California, will be the first point of sale chosen by the brand as part of its international expansion strategy.

With more than 37 years of presence in the Mexican market, Caribe Cooler has gained popularity for its fruity profile, refreshing taste, and casual style. In this new stage, the product will be sold in 12-ounce cans, in four-unit presentations, and will include two of its most representative flavors: Peach and Tropical (mango with pineapple). Each can contains an alcohol volume of 4.7%, and its recommended price will be $9.99.

Osvaldo Valente, general director of Bepensa Spirits, emphasizes the generational connection that the brand has maintained since 1987, noting that Caribe Cooler is designed for those looking for a tasty, light, and easy-to-consume beverage. The product targets both the Latino public and the general consumer interested in ready-to-drink options with a more relaxed and intense flavor approach.

Frank Scheepers, commercial director of exports at Bepensa Spirits, highlights the potential of Caribe Cooler to consolidate itself in the US market thanks to its distinctive flavor, its history, and its brand identity. Distribution will be handled by Mexcor International and Sunset Distributing Company.

For his part, Eduardo Morales, CEO of Mexcor International, highlighted that the launch responds to the growing demand for authentic beverages with marked flavors, while Brian Fried, general manager of Sunset Distributing Company, celebrated the arrival of an emblematic brand to the Californian market, assuring that its proposal fits naturally with the region’s lifestyle.

This launch marks the beginning of a new stage for Caribe Cooler, which seeks to position itself as the ready-to-drink beverage of Mexican origin preferred by consumers in the United States.
