Recently, CANPACK Group, a leader in sustainable packaging solutions, published its 2024 Sustainability Report, which highlights that all its plants and offices have been operating with 100% renewable energy since 2022, consolidating its environmental commitment.
The document also reveals significant progress in the use of recycled materials: the recycled content in its aluminum cans increased from 51% in 2021 to 65% in 2023, with the ambitious goal of reaching 80% by 2030.
In addition, CANPACK has implemented a strict policy to ensure that all its suppliers meet high sustainability standards, thus reinforcing its responsible supply chain.
The CEO of CANPACK Group, Marius Croitoru, has highlighted the company’s dedication to continue innovating in its processes and strengthening its partnerships: “Our commitment to sustainability has never been stronger. This report reflects the joint effort of our people and the strength of our partnerships.”
The company was also recognized with the EcoVadis Gold Medal, placing it among the top 2% of global companies in sustainability, and obtained outstanding ratings in climate change and supplier engagement from CDP.
