Closed chamber can seamer with vacuum and gasification

Specifications:

Sealing of one can at a time in an airtight closed chamber with vacuum and nitrogen gas supply

Can seamer with single-head motor for double seaming of full cans in a vacuum environment with nitrogen gas

3016 and 440C stainless steel construction

Integral vacuum/gas tight cabinet with viewing window

Can diameters: 100 mm, 153 mm and 240 mm (samples for each can diameter will be provided)

Height range of cans: 50-300mm

Vacuum chamber pressure up to 30 psi

Gasification chamber pressure with nitrogen: 15 psi

Supplied with a set of first and second operation seaming rollers to suit our can and end specifications.
