Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) has announced a new partnership with BrewDog, who will be the official beer partner at Lord’s Cricket Ground.
The four-year agreement, which will begin in January, will include a wide range of BrewDog products. Visitors will be able to enjoy a real variety of British craft beers, elevating the selection available and offering new products each season.
In addition, there will be low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beer options, ensuring inclusivity for all tastes.
With BrewDog’s involvement, game days at Lord’s will become an even more dynamic experience. Throughout the summer, BrewDog will take over the Upper Deck Food Village, transforming it into a craft beer paradise featuring a variety of BrewDog beers, as well as customer activations throughout the venue, ticket promotions and raffles that will enrich the game day experience.
BrewDog will also bring cricket-related activities to its selected pubs throughout the season, including events such as pre-match breakfasts at its Paddington and Waterloo locations, creating hubs for fans in London and offering a taste of Lord’s hospitality.
The company brings a pioneering approach to sustainability and innovation. Its initiatives include the Lost Forest reforestation project in Aviemore, Scotland, which covers more than 9,300 acres, and an anaerobic digester at its facility that converts waste into biogas to power the brewery. This is in line with MCC’s sustainability goals, which made BrewDog an outstanding partner.
With its “Beer for your grandchildren” approach, every pint poured at Lord’s is part of a broader effort to protect the planet.
Through this partnership, BrewDog will also support the cricket community through a fund dedicated to charitable initiatives, underscoring the brand’s commitment to community well-being and the development of the sport.
