The Italian company Bortolin Kemo, leader in the design and production of systems for the construction of containers and metal closures, announced the signing of an agreement with Bonfiglioli Technosystem with the aim of transferring the complete know-how of its Italian counterpart (drawings, projects, technical documents and spare parts warehouse), including that of the machines already installed. This agreement will also allow Bortolin Kemo to enter the metal packaging machine market.

“This agreement is a natural continuation of the existing profitable relationship between the two companies and, in particular, with the Bonfiglioli family which, after the sudden departure of Giuseppe, has continued with his daughters Jessica and Serena.” added the Italian company. “Thanks to this agreement, the wealth of know-how developed by Bonfiglioli Technosystem will not be lost and continuous technical support for customers with Bonfiglioli Technosystem machines can be guaranteed,” they concluded.

For the past 70 years, Bortolin Kemo has been a leader in the design and production of systems for the manufacture of metal containers and closures. Great flexibility in the design of individual machines and lines, combined with continuous innovation and research, make Bortolin Kemo a reliable and ideal partner to meet customer needs, including customized ones. It is currently divided into two sectors:

Packaging Division, offers solutions covering the entire packaging process: in particular, the packaging of bottles in cartons (secondary packaging) with advanced solutions for quality products (wines, sparkling wines, spirits) and the formation of tertiary packaging.

The closures division deals with machines and systems for the production of metal closures (suitable for bottles, vases, cans) from aluminum or tinplate sheets; machines for processing plastic closures; assembly machines for complex closures.

The key points of the company are the commercial network that is well present on the national and international scene and the after-sales service that follows the customers in the use of the machines.
