The canning services company Bevcraft opened its new Beverage Innovation Facility this week in its hometown of Mullingar, following an investment totaling several million euros. The facility is designed to enhance product development and innovation for various types of beverage manufacturers.
The opening event was attended by Irish ministers, as well as representatives from Enterprise Ireland and the Westmeath Local Enterprise Office, who toured the new facilities and learned about its capabilities.
The Beverage Innovation Facility offers services ranging from blending and packaging to pasteurization and multipacking, in addition to an in-house quality control laboratory. This allows both emerging and established brands to test, develop, and scale their products for local and international markets.
Bevcraft’s founders emphasize that this investment strengthens the company’s base of operations in Ireland and expands its capacity to serve beverages beyond craft beer, including non-alcoholic options and other growing categories.
