Mamba Water is born, the new brand of 100% water bottled in aluminum cans with a Brazilian seal and the particularity that it uses solar energy. The architect of the new launch is Better Drinks, a newly created holding company focused on discussing innovation and sustainability in the beverage sector.
With a clear social commitment, the brand pledges to donate one liter of water for each can of water sold to the integrated rural sanitation system (sisar), in the interior of Ceará, recognized for bringing the natural resource to needy communities. An initiative with which Mamba Water also plans to raise awareness of one’s role in the conservation of natural resources and future impacts.
“With Mamba Water we will demonstrate that it is possible to offer quality water in a sustainable package. We want to lead this awareness of how today’s consumption will impact future generations,” says Felipe Della Negra, founder of Better Drinks.
With 98.7% of cans reused last year, the brand is committed to this more sustainable aluminum container compared to PET bottles, which currently dominate this category and account for 85%. Finally, Better Drinks expects Mamba Water to make a positive impact over the next ten years. If more than 20 million cans are sold, the same amount of water will reach communities in need and nine million plastic containers will stop going into the environment.
