Berlin Packaging Group has taken over the entirety of Andler Packaging Group, a major distributor in Boston, New Jersey, Maryland and Florida. Packaging has more than a century of history and has grown to become the country’s last major supplier.
Following the purchase, Rick Brandt, CEO of Berlin Packaging Americas said he was excited about the new acquisition. Andler Packaging’s mission is to provide excellent customer service and support while fostering an environment with employees that encourages and rewards creativity, initiative and effort. This will enhance our industry-leading capabilities and bring even more excitement to our customers along the Atlantic coast.
Berlin Packaging, following the acquisition of the Andler company, confirms worldwide that employees and locations will be retained.
The American company focuses its business in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sector with an experience of almost 10 years. In the capital market, CLM relies primarily on offering its customers prospecting and sourcing, customized proprietary instruments, printing and labeling capabilities, repackaging and sterilization services.
