We have a requirement for beer cans, to be supplied to Newark, USA. Please find the specifications below.

Background:
– We currently use 355mL Sleek cans which are compatible with the 202 ends.
– Since the product is filled in the USA, we have to be BPANI for regulatory compliance.
– We currently use CDL caps and prefer them to the heavier B64 caps (the most common profile in the US). However, we can use B64 if it is the only option available, as long as the supplier is able to match the colour of our current limb (we will supply samples, just let me know where to send them).
– As a requirement, we must perform corrosion tests to ensure that the cans are validated for our product.
– The supplier must provide all seamer set point recommendations and double seam specifications.

The specifications are as follows:
– Existing can specifications
– Pallet configuration (for reference – we would like to maximize shipping efficiency)
– Packaging requirements (reusable or disposable packaging is suitable)
We need
1) Cost of 2.5 million cans per month, landed cost to Newark, USA.
2) Delivery time of the printed cans.
