Ball Corporation Awards its Plants in Paraguay, Manaus, Bowling Green and Kettering

Ball Corporation has given its annual recognition to the company’s industrial plants that have stood out for their effectiveness and efficiency,

The Ball plant in Paraguay received the “Dream Team” award for the third time, recognizing not only production but also the dedication and commitment of its team. Safety and quality are constant priorities, and the team’s strength lies in their collaboration and effort to maintain high standards, even in difficult times.

The Manaus (Brazil) plant was also awarded, which in 2024 obtained the best safety score in South America thanks to a solid culture that prioritizes mutual care and strict compliance with rules and procedures.

For the second consecutive year, Bowling Green (Kentucky) was named Plant of the Year in North and Central America, standing out for its performance and teamwork. In just four years, the team has consolidated with a positive and resilient mindset that faces challenges with determination and collaboration, earning recognition at the corporate level.

The Kettering plant (United Kingdom), opened in 2022, won the award in its region in just two years of operation. This rapid success is attributed to a diverse workforce, a culture of continuous improvement, and an innovative approach that has driven outstanding performance in multiple areas.
