Ball Corporation in Brazil received two awards at the Alterosa Award 2024, which distinguishes the country’s most attractive packaging through popular vote. The company won first place in the Sets category with the Masterpiece Brewery’s special Mother’s Day edition, and achieved second place in the Distilled Spirits category with the Pitú Carnival edition. The contest valued the creativity, originality, and innovation in the graphic design of the cans, consolidating them as symbols of cultural and brand identity.
Masterpiece Brewery – Special Mother’s Day Edition won first place in the “Sets” category, which recognizes sets of cans that form a unique visual composition. This was a special launch aimed at celebrating Mother’s Day, with a campaign called Beer Moms.
Pitú – Special Carnival Edition won second place in the “Distilled Spirits” category. This can was inspired by Brazilian Carnival culture, with a design based on the Brazilian artist Bajado and the concept “Contains Carnival”.
The Alterosa initiative is an award that seeks to recognize creativity, originality, and innovation in graphic design applied to packaging, consolidating cans as elements of cultural expression and brand identity.
