Anheuser-Busch has announced a $7.4 million investment in its Los Angeles, California brewery to expand production of Michelob ULTRA, its fastest-growing beer in the United States. The investment will increase production capacity for 25 oz cans and 15-can slim packs, responding to growing market demand.

The move is part of the “Brewing Futures” initiative, designed to improve the company’s manufacturing operations in the U.S. and strengthen its presence in Los Angeles, Michelob ULTRA’s main market. The city will host major sporting events, such as the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, in which the brand is an official sponsor.

This investment adds to the $180 million that the company has allocated to the Los Angeles plant in the last five years, consolidating its commitment to job creation and sustainability in local communities.
