Anheuser-Busch Invests $6 Million in Portsmouth Brewery to Increase Production and Fuel Innovation
Anheuser-Busch, the nation’s leading U.S. brewer and manufacturer, announced an investment of nearly $6 million in its Portsmouth, NH brewery. The injection will be used to build a state-of-the-art canning line at the facility, which produces the company’s beer, cider and hard tea offerings. The renovated can line will enable the facility to brew and package 29% more beer by 2023. By 2024, production is expected to increase to produce 56% more beer.

Our Portsmouth brewery plays an important role in producing high quality beers and other products for our consumers to enjoy. This is not just an investment in our local facilities, it is an investment in a community where we live, work and operate.”
The investment will enable the brewery to produce more innovations, including Cisco Brewers’ collaboration beer with the New England Patriots, Forever New England.
