TricorBraun has reached an agreement to acquire Germany-based Euroglas and Austria-based Glaspack, both distributors of rigid packaging solutions for the European market. These acquisitions expand TricorBraun’s presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
TricorBraun is a U.S.-based company specializing in the design and distribution of rigid packaging. Founded in 1902 and headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, the company offers custom and stock packaging solutions, both rigid and flexible, for a variety of industries.
Throughout its history, TricorBraun has expanded its presence through strategic acquisitions, including companies such as Continental Packaging Associates and Salbro. In August 2023, it acquired CanSource, a Longmont-based company specializing in aluminum cans and packaging supplies.
Euroglas and Glaspack were founded in 1992 and are family-owned glass companies.
