AkzoNobel has just been recognized as one of the best European companies by the Top Employers Institute following the latest benchmarking review. The company has been recognized in a total of eight countries, with five repeat certifications (Brazil, China, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States) and three new titles (France, Germany and Sweden).
This recognition now acknowledges that AkzoNobel is ranked as one of the top European employers because five of the certified countries are in Europe. The Top Employers Institute’s rigorous review compares companies around the world with the best practices in human resources.
This year, the company scored particularly well in the areas of business strategy, leadership and values. The five repeat certifications also maintain a strong track record, marking the third consecutive year for AkzoNobel in the Netherlands and the USA, the sixth for Brazil, the ninth for China and the tenth for the UK.
