ACTEGA Artística has recently opened a fully automated Beverage Sealer in a room attached to its premises in the “Parque Empresarial A Granxa”, in Porriño (Vigo), Galicia.
This space will be dedicated exclusively to the manufacture of sustainable water-based sealants for beverage cans. It has a fully automated installation and a series of high-tech processes, from the unloading and stock control of incoming raw materials, through all stages of the production process, to the packaging and loading of the final products.
As Actega’s press release notes, this construction, which began in 2019, “is proof of the group’s clear commitment to the growing beverage can market and an increasing demand for premium water-based sealants. The new facility not only optimizes all manufacturing processes, but also doubles the production capacity of the ARTISTICA RB1006 sealant series, as the hall features a modular layout for easier and faster expansion.”
The General Director of Actega Artística, Teresa Ramos, highlighted the relevance of such an investment in the context of a growing beverage sealant business, and took the opportunity to show her appreciation to her team.
