Taken over by Antoine and Etienne Onorati, the Brasseurs Savoyard brewery, which was experiencing difficulties, entered a new dimension on 4 February 2014. The one with the ecological bubbles in a can.
Only the original name, “Brasseurs Savoyards” was kept. Adopting an organic approach, lhe couple combined creativity with a mix of traditional and experimental processing techniques. The company’s new range of beers, without additives, preservatives or other technological elements, is based on traditional Haute Savoie brewing methods and draws on its rich heritage to create a selection of ten exquisite beers and five soft drinks packaged in 100% recyclable metal cans, with excellent results.
Precisely because metal packaging was of vital importance in this ecological approach, Brasseurs Savoyards, in partnership with Crown, created its own in-house canning line, making it one of the first breweries in France to install such a line.
In doing so, the brothers ensure that their organic products use metal packaging, a material that is 100% recyclable, fully protects the quality and properties of their drinks and contributes directly to the circular economy.
Today, Brasseurs Savoyards’ portfolio includes four organic beers and two organic soft drinks packaged in cans that have a low carbon footprint in terms of logistics and solid, sustainable properties.
