Envases Europe acquires German leader in metal and plastic packaging.
Envases Europe, a packaging solutions provider, has acquired the German manufacturer Huber Packaging Group, a leader in metal and plastic packaging.
The German manufacturer operates six production plants: in Germany, the UK, Switzerland, Austria and Hungary and employs 900 people. The CEO of Packaging Europe A/S, Brian Nielsen, was enthusiastic about the acquisition of Huber Packaging Group.
