The Swedish group XANO, which specializes in engineering and industrial solutions, has acquired the Dutch company Veldkamp, dedicated to technical services and industrial support. Following the transaction, Veldkamp will be integrated into XANO’s Industrial Solutions business unit, expanding its service capacity and solution offering for customers in technical and manufacturing sectors.
Veldkamp brings expertise in machinery engineering and industrial services, as well as its customer portfolio in Europe, which will enable XANO to strengthen its end-to-end solutions offering and its presence in strategic markets. The acquisition reinforces the Swedish group’s growth strategy through the addition of specialized companies that complement its existing operations.
According to XANO, the transaction ensures continuity for Veldkamp’s team and its regular operations, while synergies and processes are integrated within the Industrial Solutions division. The acquisition is also reflected in XANO’s recent financial reports as a key step to expand its presence in the packaging, canmaking, and related technical services industry.
