David Ross and Patrick Tuck, two Britons who met during their Erasmus in Madrid, founded Oso Brewing in 2024, a craft brewery located in Alcobendas, after a year of searching for the right space for their production. The brewery produces around 12,000 cans per month, and the portfolio includes craft beers such as El Madrileño, an 8.5% ABV Double NEIPA, available in more than 125 locations in Madrid and exported to the European Union and Japan.
The name of the beer pays tribute to Madrid, the city that welcomed them, and is distinguished by its velvety body and tropical aromas of mango, grapefruit, and a light touch of coconut, thanks to hops like Krush, Citra, Sabro, Mosaic, and Simcoe.
In addition to El Madrileño, Oso Brew Co produces other beers such as Prairie (West Coast IPA), Fresh (NEIPA), and Raisin Rain (Russian Imperial Stout), available in their online store and at partner locations. The company also holds collaborative events and has consolidated its presence in the Madrid beer scene.
To learn more about their products and activities, Oso Brewing maintains updated information on its official website and social media.
